Small businesses that don't employ staff with few transactions per week and who take care of their own invoicing and supplier payments. You do your own invoicing and suppliers payments.

This package includes;
  • Weekly transaction coding, reconciling the bank account, entering of income and expense transactions.
  • Quarterly GST transactions review and BAS lodgement on the ATO Portal
  • Provision of quarterly Profit & Loss Report
  • End of financial year data review and liaison with your accountant
  • Business advice as required

Small business with a small payroll. You do your own invoicing and suppliers payments.

This package includes;
  • Fortnightly or monthly payroll service (includes processing, sending payslips and provision of payroll reports. Preparation and lodgement of EOFY Payment Summaries
  • Superannuation lodgement through Xero Super and reporting.
  • Wages and superannuation reconciliation
  • Monthly reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts
  • Provision of monthly financial reports
  • Preparation and lodgement of EOFY Payment Summaries
  • EOFY processes
  • Process EOFY adjustments from your Accountant
  • Liaise with your Accountant
  • Email and phone support

Full bookkeeping service for a business with a small payroll, needing sales and purchases entered with debtor and creditor control.
